I am a dreamer. I dream of this world for me.

Would you like to walk barefoot in the meadows with me
And feel the misty ground slosh dirt between our toes?
Why don’t we swim in the lake with the ducks
And sit on the stony bank watching pebbles hop as we swoosh them in the water!
Take a deep breath…
Can u smell the faint sweet fragrance of the wet earth?
I want to close my eyes,
Feel the icy cool breeze on my cheeks and nose.
I want to open my mouth,
taste the drops of rain and drink it.
I promise it will be fun…Run Wild with me
Let us run to green mountain tops
And come down rolling.
I want to stand on the edge of a cliff
And scream on top of my voice “I am here”.
Let’s race our tall shadows
And never stop chasing them.
Lie down on the moonlit silver grass,
Count the countless sparkling stars above
Watch the tree branches sway in full moon gleam
And fall asleep under the open untamed sky.
I want to dance in the middle of the road to the music playing in my head.
Will you join me?
Only we can hear the violins.
I long to see the colours of our dreams…unbridled.
I don’t want my life to be guided in a perfect stencil… to be predictable and structured of the known.
I would want to be able to pack a bag and travel without a plan… with just a map in my hand.

Wild Collection
My “Wild Collection” is an embodiment of these sentiments. They are untamed, wild and have a melancholy calling to them. Besides the emotions, these art works have been a great breeding ground for experimentation for me in both form and style. I have played with different mediums and mixed media in each of these series.
“Waltzing The Wild” and “I Long For The Wild” symbolizes my love for the forest and mountains. It shows my innate urge to blend in that wilderness. In these series I have married mixed media with Acrylic Fluids, Ink and Acrylic Pens on acid-free paper.
