My solo exhibition “Alchemy” serves as a visual memoir, a testament to my profound quest for purpose in life.
Through an assemblage of mediums and minimalist palette in my artworks, I invite the viewers into an intimate realm which whispers a story of apprehension eventually transforming into a narrative of resilience and growth.
The Essence of Alchemy
The title, "Alchemy," encapsulates the essence of this journey for me—a journey akin to the ancient practice of transforming base metals into gold, where the artist, like an alchemist, endeavors to metamorphose life's phases into treasures of learning and meaning.
The artworks reflect pivotal moments and milestones in my life in retrospection, each piece strung together unfolding the narrative of self-discovery and nurtured love for self.

The minimalist colour palette echoes the complexities of the human spirit and dichotomy that lie within each of us thereby making black, white, and gold serve as a metaphor for the journey depicted in my artworks. Black symbolizes the darkness in the cocoon of uncertainty and the depths of introspection. White represents the purity of self-validation and the illumination of inner strength. Gold embodies the alchemical process itself, the transformation of raw potential into refined passion and defined purpose.
